No bilingual staff.

It's safe hotel with incredibly welcoming staff from reception clerk until the manager. The location is particularly good pretty close to the airport.

The bathrooms are very small.

Clean hotel, plentiful breakfast, the location is peaceful near to Circunvalar entertainment district and bus terminal, city centre and the business center. Great food combined with an excellent service.

The rooms were incredible, brand-new, and had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe. The breakfast was plentiful, the check in was smooth.

The bed was too hard.

The building is beautiful and the rooms are well-appointed and brand-new with personal card, a very large comfortable bed and nice amenities.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, near two main plazas with many local shops and fast food restaurants. The furnishing is upscale and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, and

Gym is not complete, the equipments is old and most don{t work properly. It needs to have weights- doesn,t have any... And other exercise equipement. Very small and tohot to exercise, needs a fan or ac... They need to clean, vacuum the stairs , everyday I will check and they didn,t cklean them, carpet on the 2nd 3rd and 4rd level on stairs no clean..

I like the comfort, service, personal very polite and always with an smile, very clean. Overall I am very please with all the service
